For visa appointments within three days

If your visa appointment is scheduled within the next three days – and you sent your application over three weeks ago and have not yet heard from us – please send a fax to 202-944-6584 using the Campus France Fax Template.

The fax should mention your name; Campus France number (visible in the upper right-hand corner of your online application, and which starts with “US______”); date when you mailed your documents to us; date of visa appointment; consulate (where the appointment is set); scheduled departure date; and a phone number where we can reach you at all times.
